The British Science Association has opened the door to innovation, imagination, and scientific study for the umpteenth time with its annual British Science Week Poster Competition. Interestingly, the submission deadline has been pushed to April 17, 2025, providing young minds with extra time to direct their curiosity into creative thoughts. This year’s motivational theme, ‘Change and Adapt,’ invites children, particularly in early years and primary education, to discover how the world changes and adapts using the prism of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).

Who Can Enter?
- Awards open to Early Years, Key Stage 1 & 2 students in the UK and partner schools worldwide
- Individuals or small groups can enter
- Teachers, schools, home-educated students, and science clubs can accompany student entries
- Assistance from teachers, schools, home-educators, and science clubs is welcome to aid student entries

Judging Standards
Entries will be assessed on:
