Attention deficit Hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)

According to the U.S. National Mental Institute of Medical health (“NMIMH”), in 1998, the Attention deficit Hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) syndrome is common in childhood and occurs before the age of seven years with the following characteristics such as inattentions, distractibility, impulsivity, and hyperactivity. Other three subtypes of ADHD as categorized by experts are (“DSM-IV-TR workgroup”, n.y)

Behavior characterized by Hyperactivity and impulsivity but with no inattentiveness

Behavior characterized inattentiveness but with no Hyperactivity and impulsivity

A combination of above two behaviors.

Some children show the difficulty of learning, neurology, and emotional problems.

To understand the behavior of children with ADHD syndrome, that focuses on the deficit in so-called “executive functions” in the brain.

Inability to hold information in short-term memory

Planning skills and organization are impaired

Goals such as selecting strategies and monitoring tasks are difficulty in establishing to guide such behavior.

Inability to emotions from becoming overpowering

Inability to shift efficiently from one mental activity to another.

Hyperactivity:

Children’s with this disorder will not stop their activity, for example, child with ADHD syndrome, will be distracted easily in the classrooms by hitting others, spinning out of control and react by pulling items, erratic behavior similarly when the high demand is placed on the child, the brain motor activity goes beyond the normal level than the other children.

Impulsivity and Temper explosions:

This behavior is apparent often, where the toddler exhibits aggressive gestures and erratic behavior such as pinching, pulling the hair, and hitting others. Other behavior such as aggressive attack caused due to the Childs inability to endure overstimulation of physical affection

Attention and concentration:

These children are usually distracted and inattentive due to the environment which is over stimulating. The main reason for this is due to the inattentiveness of certain parts of the brain, while they may also exhibit a “super concentration” for some activities which are highly stimulating such as video games. They could not remember such as homework assignment and attracted to television, video games and individual sports.

Inability to manage time:

These children would have difficulty to manage time due to short memory problems.

Lack of Adaptability:

These types of children have difficulty in adapting time such as getting up in the morning, eating foods and going to bed.

Hypersensitivity and sleep problems:

They are all hypersensitivity to sounds, sights, and touch

To prevent the obsessive thoughts, or with the hope of preventing certain behaviors are performed repetitively which includes washing the hands, counting, cleaning or checking, however, such repetitive behavior would provide only the relief which is temporary but not doing that would certainly increase the anxiety.

Although these thoughts don’t make any sense or provide any meaning, it repeatedly occurs which we cannot stop them (“Obsessive-compulsive disorder”, n.y).

Compulsion

Any behavior or rituals which performed in an attempt to eliminate involuntary thought or otherwise called obsessions. These are performed again and again to driven out such obsessions feelings. For example when afraid of contamination, which leads to cleaning, however, this thought would never leave our mind, and it will come back again and again, which In turn cause anxiety (“Obsessive-compulsive disorder”, n.y). Following are the categories, where people with the obsessive-compulsive disorder would fall in one of these categories (“Obsessive-compulsive disorder,” n.y).

Washers – They afraid when things get contaminated (obsessive), which lead to hand washing or cleaning compulsions.

Checkers would repeatedly check the things where they relate this situation with the danger or harm

Good products placements are seamlessly integrated into a movie or TV programs.

Movies, where product placement was used, are “Wayne’s world” and “Josie and the Pussycats”. In the movie “Wayne's world” characters who plays a main role in the film carry Pepsi, Pizza, Reebok, Hut, and Nuprin. While the characters Wayne and Garth are lambasting when the product placement vignette took place, this is an amusing part of the film. As Wayne says "Contract or no, I will not bow to any corporate sponsor," he opened a Pizza Hut box and pulled a pizza slice from the box. On the Piza hut logo, the camera lingers, and Wayne, where he held the pizza and showed smiling face on the camera. Others products are
