Problems associated with particular domains are viewed from a perspective that throws open the doors for better solutions. While <a href=\"https:\/\/www.igi-global.com\/chapter\/online-database-use-by-science-research-scholars-of-alagappa-university-karaikudi\/244999\">research scholars<\/a> enjoy the liberty of offering innovative solutions, all the required components of the dissertation need to be featured and addressed in detail. Such dissertations are considered as complete, creating an impact on the review board, which evaluates the study holistically while also paying attention to all the components.  Outlined briefly herein are six of the components that need to unfold sequentially in a dissertation to prove the skill set of the author. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>One &#8211;&nbsp; The introduction.<\/strong> The calling card to the body of study needs to introduce the reader to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.taylorfrancis.com\/books\/e\/9780429049811\/chapters\/10.4324\/9780429049811-1\">problem statement<\/a> in clear unambiguous terms. The genesis of the research lies in a research question and that question should be presented to the reader in an engrossing manner.&nbsp; The introduction needs to address the twin explanatory requirements of describing the motivation for the study and the whole contextual situation in which the question arises. The introduction should summarize the findings briefly and lay threadbare, the importance of the study and its findings.&nbsp; Throughout the introduction, the author needs to plot waypoints of the study, for the benefit of the reader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>Two &#8211; The literature review.<\/strong> The academic research component of the study, needs to be all encompassing and updated. The author&#8217;s grasp over <a href=\"https:\/\/www.karger.com\/Article\/PDF\/486208\">relevant literature<\/a> with respect to the study and the contextual references are emphasized in this component of the study. Four different types of literature are reviewed through discussions. They are selective, synthetic, analytical and thematic.&nbsp;&nbsp; Literature review plays a vital role in obtaining acknowledged and accepted historical references regarding the subject matter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>Three &#8211; Theory.<\/strong> The application of academic knowledge imparted. This component involves development or application of theory to appear relevant and interpreted in a manner that is logical. The interpretation should not befuddle the reader and should be cohesive with the body of the dissertation. The author needs to touch upon the strengths and the limitations of the theory during explanation in this component. This is that dimension of the dissertation where the link is established between theory and its application during research into an issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><p><strong>Four &#8211; Methods.<\/strong> The <a href=\"https:\/\/books.google.co.in\/books?hl=en&amp;lr=&amp;id=J2J7DwAAQBAJ&amp;oi=fnd&amp;pg=PP1&amp;dq=methodology&amp;ots=cusnCDQGlg&amp;sig=kTu7PbFZQeuTOtKseES9miSrI98&amp;redir_esc=y#v=onepage&amp;q=methodology&amp;f=false\">methodology<\/a> of any study needs to be described in detail to inform the reader that the methods employed are appropriate and justified. The explanation needs to convince the reader that the methods used are a logical extension of the questions that have been raised in component no.1 and the theory that has been applied in component no.3.\u00a0 Additionally, the author needs to highlight the advantages and disadvantages of the methods used apart from the correct utilization of the methods, to take the study forward.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>Five &#8211; Results or\nAnalysis.<\/strong> Arriving at the results of\nthe study or the analysis should not be abrupt but in a phased and sequential\nmanner.&nbsp; The evaluation of the\ndissertation will ideally focus to check if the analysis is appropriate.&nbsp; Consequently, the analysis needs to be in perfect\nharmony with the questions raised in the introduction in addition to the\nhypothesis. The author needs to utilize this component to show his panache and\ncontrol of the flow of the study. Iteration needs to be relied upon to prove\nthe computational efficiency of the calculation. Reviewers of the dissertation\nalso examine if the volume of data is qualitative and sufficient. The data\nobtained through primary and secondary sources should not get diluted or\nmisinterpreted.&nbsp; The author is expected\nto share the insights that the study must offer and needs to fairly concede the\nlimitations of the study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>Six &#8211; Discussion or\nConclusion.<\/strong> The denouement. The\nclosing comments section needs to be one of the most cogent part of the study.\nIt needs to link every single component in a seamless manner without\nambiguity.&nbsp; It would ideally summaries\nthe study and offer a new perspective on the whole study. It would briefly\nrecap the introduction to trace the genesis and piece together the various\nfacets of the research for a lucid and clear presentation.&nbsp; As in other sections of the study, the author\nneeds to discuss threadbare, the strengths and weaknesses of the study.&nbsp; A proper study would leave an impact on the\ndomain and would be applied for resolving the raised issue and this needs to be\nemphasized.
